The Best Western Hotel Lamm in Singen is a comfortable four-star hotel with around 76 modern rooms, including barrier-free options. It offers guests a comprehensive range of services: a rich breakfast buffet, bar and lounge (“CupClub”), a fitness room with 24-hour access and a spa with sauna, sanarium and relaxation room (for a fee). WLAN is also available free of charge throughout the hotel. Services include digital booking, video-monitored parking, bicycle rental, concierge services and numerous small guest requests. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming.

Descriptions and explanations of how the service is provided

Rooms can be booked online, by telephone or by e-mail. The facilities include modern furniture, comfortable beds and, depending on the room category, additional amenities. Barrier-free rooms are also available.
Breakfast is served as a buffet and snacks and drinks are available in the bar and lounge. The fitness room is open around the clock, and the wellness area with sauna and relaxation room can be used for an extra charge.
Video-monitored parking spaces, bicycle rental and luggage service ensure mobility and comfort. Requests and inquiries can be made in person at reception, by telephone or digitally.
The content of the website is largely clearly structured. If individual elements - such as booking forms, sliders or multimedia content - are not fully accessible to people with disabilities, the hotel will provide all relevant information in alternative accessible formats on request.
